IRB Yves Ponroy CANADA Inc. operates a customer loyalty program via its Canadian website www.nutrisante.ca / www.nutricap.ca
The Nutrisanté Privilege Club loyalty program enables consumers who purchase certain Nutrisanté products to earn points that can be converted into gifts. These points, by no means, may be converted into Canadian dollars or any other currency or trade value. Not all products contains internal code and IRB Yves Ponroy CANADA Inc. can't be held responsible for this situation.
2) Nutrisanté Loyalty Program Membership:
2.1 Conditions for membership:
Membership to the Nutrisanté Privilege Club loyalty program is free of charge. Only natural persons and persons of legal age residing in Canada may belong to the loyalty program.
The following are considered members of the Nutrisanté Privilege Club loyalty program: natural persons having created an account in the “My Account” space on the www.nutrisante.ca website and having entered at least one Nutrisanté Privilege Club code or having earned Nutrisanté Privilege Club points by making a purchase at a store or on-line. Please note that it is only possible to sign up for one account (same last name, first name(s) and address).
A Nutrisanté Privilege Club code is a single cluster of 10 numbers/letters, present only on the inside case of Nutrisanté products that are included in the Nutrisanté Privilege Club.
The Nutrisanté Privilege Club account is a registered, personal account, reserved for natural persons for their personal, non-professional use.
2.2 Conditions for Use:
The Nutrisanté Privilege Club loyalty program is intended to provide advantages to faithful customers of Nutrisanté Canada.
Creating a Nutrisanté Privilege Club account means one fully and unconditionally accepts the present program rules.
IRB Yves Ponroy CANADA Inc. / Nutrisanté may unilaterally modify an essential component of its loyalty program by informing members in writing, within a couple of weeks, in a clear and legible statement, containing the new or modified clause exclusively, as well as the previous version and date of entry into effect of the change(s) made.
Membership to the Nutrisanté Privilege Club loyalty program can only be validated in our computer files if the information provided on the membership questionnaire for the Nutrisanté Privilege Club loyalty program is complete, legible and useable.
Members are responsible for updating information pertaining to them. This can be done by connecting to their Nutrisanté Privilege Club personal space on www.nutrisante.ca. IRB Yves Ponroy / Nutrisanté Canada Inc. may not be held responsible in any way if a loyalty offer is not received by a member.
3) Personal data:
Personal data collected are obligatory and necessary so as to benefit from the different advantages of the Nutrisanté Privilege Club loyalty program.
By enrolling in the Nutrisanté Privilege Club loyalty program, members agree to allow personal data to be used by NUTRISANTE CANADA for the purposes of this program, particularly for sending offers and information to its members. Program members hereby authorize NUTRISANTE to perform the verifications necessary concerning their identity and home address.
4) Winning Nutrisanté Privilege Club points:
When purchasing a Nutrisanté product at the pharmacy, via commercial websites or www.nutrisante.ca, you must add the code to earn loyalty points in your member account.
When purchasing a Nutrisanté product that has a unique code at an authorized point of sale or via commercial sites, loyalty program members may connect to the www.nutrisanté.ca website, then to their personal Nutrisanté Privilege Club account and fill in the unique Nutrisanté Privilege Club code. This will allow them to automatically benefit from loyalty points earned by their purchase. Points earned are accredited to the personal account of program members.
All members will have access to their points’ performance:
- Via the Nutrisanté Privilege Club personal account on www.nutrisante.ca
- By telephone or e-mail by contacting our Customer Relations Department
Points are valid as of the date they are granted, without any time limitations, except if the loyalty program is discontinued and its activities suspended. If such were the case, program members are to be informed beforehand of the cessation of the loyalty program and receive products related to the points they accumulated.

5) Converting Nutrisanté Privilege Club points:
Points accumulated and credited to a member’s account may only be converted into gifts listed in the “Select my gift” section, in the member’s personal space and as long as supplies are available.
To claim their gift(s), members may request them on their order form when purchasing products on-line.
6) Changes to the Nutrisanté Privilege Club loyalty program:
YVES PONROYCANADA/ NUTRISANTE reserves the right to modify or suppress, at any time, the Nutrisanté Privilege Club loyalty program (conditions for membership, advantages…).
Should the Nutrisanté Privilege Club loyalty program cease to exist, YVES PONROY / NUTRISANTE will, for a one-month period, afford members the opportunity to use their remaining loyalty points. Failure to redeem these points means they will be permanently lost.
7) Fraudulent use:
Any breach of program rules or fraudulent use of the Nutrisanté Privilege Club loyalty program by a member or by a third party acting on behalf of the member’s account, will rightfully entail deactivation and deletion of the member’s loyalty account, without compensation or remuneration of any kind.
In order to curtail fraud, YVES PONROY CANADA / NUTRISANTE reserves the right to deactivate a loyalty program member’s account without his or her being able to claim any form of compensation, of any kind, particularly if there is an unusually high amount of Nutrisanté Privilege Club codes entered for one given day and/or for several days. YVES PONROY CANADA Inc. / NUTRISANTE reserves the right, at all times, to monitor compliance to program rules.
8) Non-waiver:
The fact that either party involved does not take action regarding this particular regulation does not waiver the right to take action, unless expressly indicated in writing.
9) Applicable law:
The present program rules fall under the jurisdiction of Canadian law.
Should one of the provisions of the program rules be deemed invalid, void or inapplicable, for whatever reason, this provision will be deemed divisible from the remainder of program rules and will not affect the validity and applicability of the other provisions.
10) Competent court:
Should conciliation fail, any dispute concerning the interpretation and execution of present program rules will fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of Canadian courts.
